Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were spotless, but there were broken things like a lamp and leftover items from a previous occupant. The service was slow, although the staff was friendly. The location was great with easy access to shops and restaurants. The dining experience had a great selection of items but was overpriced.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms, despite being spacious and beautifully decorated, needed better cleanliness as I found hairs, fingers, and stains from previous occupants. On the bright side, the reception staff was incredibly nice, friendly, and helpful. However, the outside light illuminating my room was a bit bothersome, and the rooms could use an update although they are currently at a decent level.
I truly enjoyed my stay at the hotel in Hasselt. The room had great views over the city, spacious and well-equipped, although the curtains were not long enough, and the bathroom light was a bit bright. The service was excellent, very helpful and friendly, even though it was not the most budget-friendly option. The location was ideal, walking distance to shops and restaurants, but in need of a small refurbishment. The dining experience was good, though a bit pricey for what it offered. The facilities were satisfactory, offering all the necessary amenities.
